At Pamozi, we believe that lasting change comes from empowering local communities to take ownership of their vision health. Our training and local empowerment programs go beyond simply distributing glasses—we build capacity, transfer knowledge, and create sustainable systems that continue long after our initial intervention. By providing training tools, and support to local volunteers and health workers, we ensure that our impact continues long after the glasses are delivered. Our training programs equip local people with the knowledge and tools to continue the work long after we have left.

We train community members in:
